We celebrated an early Independence day at @purplemartinigoa this year, our lovely hosts invited all our kids but in total we were 66 due to some still in the middle of exams and a few not well due to a bug that is going around at the moment.
We were welcomed by drinks and everyone got a flag to show their to stand proud as Indians for independence day. Here are are a few of the kids with their flags!

Project pearl is working towards eradicating human trafficking and spoke to the children and a couple of parents about Human Trafficking and the dangers children and young adults face in todays world. It was an engaging talk with some hard truths and highlighted the new dangers that AI brings in online crimes. Thank you so much to the whole team and for the children who took part.

Mapusa is facing a Dengue crisis! Our kids are exposed to this deadly disease every day. The numbers are alarming: Mapusa has more dengue cases than the whole of South Goa according to the latest news report.
