Delphine who helped us during the Christmas celebrations last year has been travelling India setting up projects and helping local communities. She returned back to Goa recently and we made time to catch up. As well as bringing herself, she also brought a couple of bags of clothes. We had a great chat and shared our experiences over the last 6 months.
While we were chatting a few of the parents came knocking on the door. It was the Muslim holiday (Eid) and the parents hoped we had items to give out, but sadly that wasn’t the case, but due to recent donations they still left with large bags of goodies in the form of clothes. Delphine was happy to share a few of the items she had brought and Robert had been given large bin bags of ladies clothes over the last couple of months which he hadn’t had time to sort through, so the items were scattered over the bed and the three mothers had chance to select a good range of items.
As well as the clothes, each left with a health pack. I would like to thank everyone who has donated clothes recently, everything is used and appreciated.
